A Message From Our Founder, Mark Klimiuk
“When I founded RadiantBlue, my idea was to build a company that supports an entrepreneurial environment to promote creativity, innovation, and technical excellence. I wanted to create a company culture that would be embraced by all employees; mutual respect, a dynamic work environment, a passion for technical excellence, and maximizing customer value. I strongly believe all employees must have an opportunity to share in ownership and success of the company through an equity program. With these principles, we can attract the most talented people and empower them for career and customer success.
